Big thanks to Oogie and Truffula for figuring this out (and again to Oogie for dropping me a line - cheers dude!).
Apparently Elizabeth Moora has a Facebook profile (I'll post a link to the profile or picture when she confirms my pending friend request), where she posted a picture with the numbers:
101
Another picture, found on the hetfet.org gallery had the numbers:
037
Then, all you have to do (I say 'all you have to do', only I probably wouldn't have thought of it...) is stack the numbers on top of each like so:
101
037
and then read them vertically, so you get 10-3-17. Hey presto, the 7th (working!) code. We have the 4th rune now also, which is 'O'. Well done guys!

hello friend, I am posting here to say that I am very happy with your blog and the way in which you have dealt with this arg. I just learned of this ARg this morning and being a rainy day where i live I have been catching up. I wish to extend my thanks for your compilation of this blog as it is very well maintained and also includes interesting information aside from that which is within the game alone. I enjoyed reading your blog and find it admirable how you have created a great place to start without giving away all the clues right off the bat or at least offering some background as to how the clues were found. I found a few on my own with your guiding hand and appreciated the way in which the decoded message was presented as you gave me a chance to decode it myself with a little hint "wink" and "lloyd" and also warned of a fully translated spoiler to follow which i thankfully did not read. too many bloggers give everything away way too fast. again thanks and I love the blog keep it up and hopefully you discover more ARGs to come as i would love to be kept up to date by you. Thanks!
regards,
luis
Wow... thanks! It's nice to know that new people are still finding their way into this game, and for that I'm glad that you find my blog so helpful.
I'd encourage you to bring anyone else you know who might be interested in the game to play, as the prize is a bloody good one.
As for other ARG's, if I manage to catch another one that appeals to me from the beginning then I would definitely like to keep another blog for it - there's been whispers that residentevil.com might be the launching pad for an ARG related to the new game, so that might be something to keep an eye on (check out the weird image on that page).
ive just started too but as i live in scotland im playing for fun and not the trip to LA!
Hey,
As far as I know the game's international (myself and at least one other person I know of outside of the US have received packages - I'm British), so you can most likely join in the proper competition!
(I'm not promising anything, just trying to be optimistic.)
this is on the official rules:
ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS

Dammit.
Well... that sucks.
sorry! x keep up the great work
Oh definitely, it's a lot of fun maintaining this blog, so I'm in it 'til the end regardless.
i never really thought you were doing all this because of a trip (though it would be nice)i cant wait till my exams are over - no more feeling guilty when logging into HETFET!
